"Do You Want To Take Your Performance To The Next Level?"

Make sure you read this because you can be sure your competitors are.

Hello,

Are you looking for that extra edge which takes you to the PB you're aiming for?

Would you like to knock 2/3 shots off your golf score?

What if you could be in your ideal performance state more often?

Missing that big event just because of a lapse in concentration or of belief, knowing that you could do better but you just weren't able to pull it out of the bag when it counted...in a word FRUSTRATION!

Whatever your sport is you can be sure that the unique techniques we use at the sports hypnosis academy can help YOU to improve your game.

Sports Hypnosis is fast becoming one of the most important mental tools for all sportspeople. If in the past your image of hypnosis was seeing your friends doing silly things on a stage then you are missing out on a very potent performance and life enhancing  tool.

Sports Hypnosis is now being successfully used by a growing number of professional and amateur sports people.

Mental imagery and visualization are  of course not new and have been a part of the most successful sportspeople's routines. With sports hypnosis that can be taken to a powerful new level.

Not only can the visualization sequence be enhanced, but when in trance the athlete can also pinpoint areas for improvement which are not always apparent to the conscious mind.

The process of rehearsing techniques while in hypnosis can be a great advantage over conventional techniques.

The sports hypnosis consultant has a wide variety of techniques to choose from and so is able to select the correct one specifically for your particular needs.

Sports hypnosis can show you how to gain the focus of attention you need to be successful, how to eliminate the distractions, how to relax in competition and conserve your energy for when it's needed.

Relaxation & Pain

Athletes who learn to do their stretching in a light hypnotic trance find that they achieve flexibility more rapidly and thoroughly. Of course being in a relaxed and flexible state means you can perform more smoothly and are much less susceptible to injury.

Pain and tension are very much associated. When a muscle is in pain from an injury, it tends to tighten that muscle. This in turn increases pain and so a pain cycle is established. Hypnosis can create relaxation and reduce pain and so breaks this pain cycle.

When we ease and relax the injured muscle, the pain subsides. The relaxed muscle is able to heal more rapidly than a muscle under tension. This can quite literally knock a day or two off your recovery time and allow you to resume training much quicker and ultimately of course competition.

Give Yourself the Edge

You know that often an athlete can be in perfect physical shape yet still under performs. For example the striker whose goals suddenly dry up, the Golfer who gets the 'yips', the cricketer who suddenly can't hold onto a catch, the snooker player who keeps missing easy balls etc.etc...

The training and preparation are the same but something as affected them mentally & emotionally and that means big problems.

Every problem though has a solution and that is why sports hypnosis is now being looked at much more positively, because it brings results and it can bring them fast.

No use when you're out of the cup final because your star striker has hit a scoring wilderness,  no use when you miss the cut because your putter feels like a ton weight in your hand and the hole looks the size of a penny.

Sports hypnosis can help you overcome these things before they become a major problem.
